LaTeX files not present in some TeX distributions
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It seems that the following *.sty files are not distributed with the
following TeX distributions:

     OzTeX 4.0{break}
     Scientific Workplace 2.5

Unfortunately, these files are required by the LaTeX document class and
packages developed for the Stata Journal.

LaTeX packages:

     crop.sty{break}
     natbib.dtx
